These one hour sessions are a chance for you to reset your being and start from your centre. Sometimes life gets hectic and our nervous systems get frazzled. Wether it's an overload of work, a recent trauma or grief, a broken heart, a mind that won't quit or a clueless direction, we can get you back into alignment so you can move forward from a balanced perspective.
This guided meditation is a chance for you to relax back into wellbeing. We cannot struggle to our centre, we must soften and unfold.
Each session includes a reclaiming of energy to restore a sense of power, deep and gentle breath work to relax the nervous system, tools to contract and release stress in the body and an embodiment of your higher self into the cells of your physical self.
These sessions will leave you feeling calm, centred, grounded, in touch with a higher sense of being and at peace with the present moment.
