Each day will offer an indulgent yoga class. These classes are designed to pull you into your present surroundings and connect you to the power of now. Yoga is more than a physical practice, it is an opportunity to dive into self awareness through our senses + breath. When we flow from our centre we can build strength + balance with proper alignment.
My Tantra yoga training in India has equipped me with a deep pranayama practice to harness the power of breathing. Our breath is the doorway to understanding consciousness and creating new realities. As You Wish yoga classes are transformational experiences that will flow off your matt and into your life.
meditation
We live in a fast paced world and sometimes sitting still can be difficult. Let's re-invent what meditation looks like for you. Guided meditations in inspired settings can make it easier to take a break from the mind and dive into pure consciousness. Working with my Balanced View training I can teach you simple techniques to enhance your personal meditation experience. You will quickly learn to see thoughts as purely streams of datum and begin to relax with whatever information arises. There is no need to change our thinking only the way we perceive it to be.

Your retreat will offer ample time to be seen + supported. Expressing our truth and connecting to a higher sense of self is an effective way to find relief from life's challenges. My core expertise is to help you move through life with consciousness & loving kindness towards yourself. I believe wisdom is simply observation and the first place to start looking is the self.
rituals + offerings
For those who are intrigued, your retreat will offer an opportunity to learn more about rituals, offerings. Regardless of age, race + cultural upbringing we ALL have a spirit and guides who are eager to work with us. Together we can open the line of communication between you and your helpers in the sky. Offerings are a symbolic gesture and a way to communicate with divine energies. All you need is a sense of curiosity and the right intention for doing so.
For me, rituals are about connecting to a common thread that binds us all. I work with the 5 basic elements and the 7 directions to open channels beyond rational understanding. Rituals are also a great way to bring more discipline and focus onto our path. When coupled with the intention of unlocking our inherent powers we can bring great benefit to ourselves and everyone around us.

These energetic alignments involve breath work, gentle stretching, vibrational touch & sound. They incorporate technologies I have intuited through my exploration in various fields of consciousness. travel arrangements
Guests are responsible for booking their own flights arriving on or before their chosen retreat dates. The closet airport to Careyes is Manzanillo (ZLO) which is approximately 1 hour by car. Another option is Puerto Vallarta (PVR) which offers more flights and is approximately 3 hours by car.
For those of you who wish to fly private, airplane charters operate between the Puerto Vallarta or Manzanillo Airports and a 4,000 ft. grass landing strip that is located near Careyes in Chamela (CHM31).
Private car services are available to and from the airports. Secured taxi's are also available upon exiting each airport.
